College Shirt of the Month Club Questions

How does the College Shirt of the Month Club Work?

Once you subscribe to the college shirt of the month club,  a welcome T-shirt for your chosen school will be shipped to you within one-business day.  Starting the following month, if signed up before the 21st, The first week of every month a new shirt will be shipped to you. new subscriptions must be made by the 20th of the month to qualify for the following month’s shirt.

If a subscription is made later than the 20th of any given month, the customer will receive Their College shirt during the month after the following month. (Ex: Subscription created on January 19 the customer will receive the welcome shirt and then the first monthly shirt the first week of February.) (Ex: If a customer creates a subscription on January 21 the customer will receive a welcome shirt and then will begin receive the college shirt of the month during the first week of March.) ** The customer will NOT be charged for a month they do not recieve a shirt.**

If I subscribe to the Premium Plan, what months do I get Long-sleeves & Hoodies.

Long-sleeves are shipped the first week of Oct, Nov, & February. Hoodies are shipped the first week of December & January. You must be signed up by the 21st of the month prior to receieve the long-sleeve or hoodie for that month. If you sign up after Jan 20th, you will not receive long-sleeves or hoodies until the first week of October.

When Will I Get my College Shirt?

We ship all monthly shirts the first week of each month. All subscriptions must be placed before the 21st of the previous month to qualify for that month’s design. For example, you must be signed up before Jan 21st to receive February’s design. Your first welcome T-shirt will ship within one-business day of signing up.

How do I join the College Shirt of the month Club?

Just enter the website and subscribe. All new subscriptions must be made by the 20th of the prior month. (example: January 20 for shipment the first week of February) 

How does the Monthly billing process work?

Your credit card will be charged on the 21st of each month including the month you initially sign up.

In The first month only, two charges are possible if you sign up between the 1st and the 20th. However you will receive two shirts, one for each charge. The first charge on the date you sign up will be for the welcome T-shirt which will ship in one business day of signing up. The second charge on the 21st for the next month’s shirt which will ship the first week of the following month.

How do I cancel my College Shirt of the month club subscription?

Can I purchase the College Shirt of the month designs without becoming a member?

The College shirt of the month designs are only available to subscribers.

Can I order previous College Shirt of the month Design?

If you are an active subscriber, you may purchase previous months. Email us at admin@thefanstop.com for the link and password to order previous designs

What is the return/exchange Policy?

All Sales are final with the College shirt of the month and The Fan Stop. However, if there are quality Issues or you have been shipped the incorrect size by The Fan Stop you may return or exchange a product. If such a scenario occurs please email admin@thefanstop.com and follow the instructions given.

What if I do not like the design?

We strive to make our designs unique and cutting-edge. The subscription designs can only be bought through the subscription service. We understand on occasion that the designs might not suit your style, this is when you show your school spirit by gifting it to someone with a birthday or some other special occasion or just to promote school spirit.
